Terms of Use (EULA) – Wisdom Cookie Last updated: January 9th 2026.  These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wisdom Cookie mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.  1. Use of the App  You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.  2. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)  If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription: • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.  If the App offers a free trial (if applicable): • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.  3. Content and Ownership  The App and its content are owned by GoatCode LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless permitted by law.  4. Acceptable Use  You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates any law or regulation.  5. Disclaimers  The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.  6. Limitation of Liability  To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoatCode LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.  7. Changes to These Terms  We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.  8.
